Ge Fong Compactly Constructed GNS-25 An Exact Solution For Part Turning
The Ge fong GNS-25 non-guide bushing type Sliding Head CNC Lathe combines speed and flexibility in one machine. It's a new compact design but with greater capacity. 25mm, bar capacity with maximum 3,500 rpm spindle speed. 8-tool turret and 3 position ID tool rest are designed to move only in X axis direction for greater rigidity and stability. Its sliding head design makes parts machining more precise, stable and provides a fine surface effect. Special LCD monitor combined with machine operation panel assure maximum operational convenience. More profitable production is achievable with the Ge Fong GNS-25.

HYDRAULIC CHUCK
The headstock is equipped with a powerful hydraulic chuck for fast and secure workpiece clamping. It fully eliminates shrinking backward problems during machining.
PRECISION LINEAR MOTION GUIDES
The headstock traverses on precision linear motion guides , assuring smooth movement .
Tool Rest (Turret & ID Tool Rest) Moves Only In Redial (X-axis) Direction.
Tool rest on a conventional fixed head CNC lathe moves on either 1 or both 2 ( X , Z ) axes simultaneously. However, the tool rest on the Ge Fong GNS-25 is specially designed only. This greatly upgrades rigidity and cutting stability.
PARAMETER DESCRIPTION DISPLAY
Description of each parameter selected by the cursor is displayed at the bottom of the parameter menu. assuring no mistakes in parameter changing or setting.
LCD MONITOR
Instead of a conventional CRT monitor, the machine is equipped with an LCD monitor which does not reflect light, emits less heat and lasts longer.
MACHINE OPERATION PANEL
The operation panel provides various control buttons. such as spindle CW. spindle CCW, stop, optional stop, block skip, machine lock, Z-axis lock, single block run, and MPG dry run, etc. It provides convenience for program checking and trial cutting.
SEPARATED CNC OPERATION PANEL
